On January 19, 1966 tbe defendant was found guilty of second-degree murder1 after trial by jury. It is claimed on appeal that tbe trial court committed reversible error when in reading *374the information as part of the instruction he also read the prosecutor’s verification contained therein, and that further error was committed by the court in refusing to instruct the jury that they must be convinced beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant did not act in self-defense.
