This matter is before the Court regarding Special School District’s motions to alter or amend, and for stay. L(1278)87 and L(1279)87, respectively. The Special School District’s motions are directed solely to the closing of South County Technical High *346School within the purview of the 12(b) Plan pursuant to this Court’s order, L(1269)87.
