¶ 1. Dana J. and Ginger Studdard were divorced on the grounds of irreconcilable differences, and Ginger was awarded legal and physical custody of the parties’ two minor children. The parties submitted the issues of division of marital assets and debts to the chancellor for resolution, and after a bench trial on the matter, the chancellor divided and distributed the marital assets.
