In this civil rights action brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985, Plaintiff Aubrey Williams ("Plaintiff") claims that his constitutional rights were violated when he was shot without justification by a police officer employed by the City of Birmingham (the "City") and when he was thereafter falsely arrested and maliciously prosecuted for the attempted murder of the officer.
