Hinman, J.:
The plaintiff was a passenger in an automobile and received injuries arising out of its collision with another. The other automobile was owned by the appellant, Edward S. Wilson, but was being driven at the time by the son of the appellant, namely, the defendant Kenneth Wilson. The son was twenty-two years of age and apparently had had plenty of experience as a driver. The father, Edward S. Wilson, was not present.
