—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Owen, J.), entered February 14, 2002, as denied her motion to compel disclosure of the name and address of a victim of a prior accident which the defendant redacted from a report dated September 9, 1998.
Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs, the motion is granted; and it is further,
