Educational Film Exchanges of Iowa, Inc. v. Hansen

This is the third time that the subject-matter of this case has been before this court; so we must turn to the historical background in order to get a clear picture of the controversy.

On the 10th day of November, 1932, the plaintiff, Educational Film Exchanges of Iowa, secured a judgment in the municipal court of the city of Des Moines, Polk county, Iowa, against one Don Thornburg, in the amount of $814.56.
