The Appellate Court for the First District affirmed the judgment for $5000 recovered by appellee, as administrator of the estate of John Carlson, deceased, in the circuit court of Cook county, against appellant, for damages resulting from the death of the intestate while in the employ of appellant as a millwright. From the judgment of the Appellate Court this appeal was prosecuted.
