MEMORANDUM OPINION ON DEBTOR’S MOTION TO REOPEN BANKRUPTCY CASE (DOC. # 13)

Cynthia Walker (the Debtor) filed a Motion to Reopen Bankruptcy Proceedings (Doc. # 13) in the above-styled case.
