Dr. Artur Guzhagin is a chiropractor employed at Loring Park Chiropractic Clinic (“Loring Park”). Dr. Guzhagin’s patients include several individuals insured by defendant State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (“State Farm”). Dr. Guzhagin and Loring Park filed this action after State Farm refused to reimburse them for their services, alleging breach of contract, negligence, defamation, tortious interference with contract, and product disparagement.
