Meritplan Insurance Co. v. Perez

Meritplan Insurance Company appeals a nonfinal order enjoining the insurer to pay disputed sums under a homeowners’ insurance policy to their insureds, Juan E. Perez and his wife, Anna P. Perez, prior to a final determination of the case. We have jurisdiction. Fla. R.App. P. 9.130(a)(3)(B); Bistricer v.
