In this property dispute, creditors AG Acceptance Corporation and Rabo Agrifinance Inc. (collectively, the “Creditors”) filed suit against debtors Robert Veigel, his family members, and various family-related entities (collectively, the “Veigels”). The Creditors sought to quiet title to 960 acres of land (the “960 Acres”) previously used in the Veigels’ farming operations.
