Tyrone Hall, an inmate confined in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, sued Robert R. Treon, Bruce Zeller, Loyd Massey, James Jones, Kathryn A. Bell, Billie J. Reese, Ronald M. Bush, Patrick A. Dickens, Kerin Folson, Clarence L. Nelson, James Ludwig, Martin A. Williams, Cedric Lee, Robin L. Hughes, Kenneth P. Dunn, Ceeile M.
