OPINION

WADE, Judge.

The defendant, John Eric Johnson, was convicted of second degree murder in the Criminal Court for Davidson County. The trial court imposed a Range I sentence of twenty-five years. The defendant appeals alleging two grounds for relief:(1) that the evidence was insufficient; and(2) that the sentence was excessive.

We affirm the judgment.
