FINDINGS OF FACT CONCLUSIONS 0F LAW and ORDER

CHAPMAN, District Judge.

This action was instituted by an indictment returned on June 6, 1972, in which it was alleged that the defendant George Wesley Caughman, Jr., unlawfully, knowingly and willfully refused to submit to induction into the Armed Forces of the United States on the 15th day of November 1971 in violation of Title 50 United States Code Appendix, Section 462.
