Facts of the Case
The defendant was charged on March 1, 2003 and arraigned on the same date in Webster Justice Court relative to the charges of criminal contempt in the first degree (Penal Law *479§ 215.51 [b] [v]), a class E felony, and harassment in the second degree (Penal Law § 240.26 [1]), which is a violation.
