On July 30, 2002, Starlight Homes, Inc. (Debtor) filed its voluntary Petition for Relief under Chapter 11. Because of an inability to proceed with its reorganization efforts, the Chapter 11 case was converted to a Chapter 7 case. In due course, Robert E. Tardif, Jr. was appointed and is currently acting as the Chapter 7 Trustee (Trustee) in charge of the administration of this Chapter 7 case.
