Schiano v. McCarthy Freight System, Inc.

This is an action of trespass on the case for negligence that was tried to a jury in the superior court and resulted in a verdict for the plaintiff. The defendant moved for a new trial which was denied by the trial justice. The case is here on defendant’s exception to such denial and on numerous other exceptions taken during the trial, only nineteen of which, however, are being pressed, .the remainder having been expressly waived.
