Argued September 27, 1934. On October 14, 1927, a collision between an automobile and a train of the defendant railroad company occurred at a grade crossing on Dupont Road in the county of New Castle and state of Delaware. The occupants of the automobile were Vincent J. Tigoni and Anthony Davolos; both suffered personal injuries and the automobile was damaged.
