Gay St. Mary Williams and her husband, Larry Williams, filed a complaint against William Christopher Tucker and two insurance companies in the Circuit Court of Hinds County, First Judicial District. . The Williamses alleged that Gay St. Mary Williams had been" severely injured in a motor vehicle accident caused by Tucker. When Tucker failed to answer, the circuit clerk, entered a default.
