Reversing.

Appellee, a fifteen year old high, school student, was struck by a slowly backing freight train in front of which he fell while walking southwardly on a path adjacent to the tracks on the right-of-way of the Louisville & Nashville Railroad in Covington, or, as claimed by the Company, while attempting to cross the tracks from west to east at a point within from three to fifteen feet of the approaching caboose.
