| plaintiff, Demetria Mouton, filed this suit in the Office of Workers’ Compensation against her employer, Lafayette Physical Rehabilitation Hospital, and Lafayette Physical’s workers’ compensation insurer, LEMIC Insurance Company (collectively, Defendants), alleging several miscalculations involving her workers’ compensation payments. These allegations were resolved prior to trial.
