Barclays Capital Inc. (“BarCap”) was the investment banker and financial advis- or to ASARCO LLC, the Debtor in above-styled bankruptcy case. After plan confirmation, BarCap requested a fee enhancement of $9,202,500 for its services— $1,202,500 to compensate for “unanticipated services” performed by Lehman Brothers Inc. (“Lehman”), whose assets BarCap purchased during the course of the ASARCO bankruptcy, and $8 million in additional discretionary fees. (Doc.
