Pratikshya Gurung 1 was born with brain damage and quadriplegia, among other conditions, resulting in the filing in the circuit court of a medical negligence action against Norton Hospital. This case is before us on appeal from the Court of Appeals’ dismissal as moot of a writ action filed by Norton over a discovery dispute with the Estate. We reverse the dismissal and remand to the Court of Appeals for further review.
