Imperial Irrigation Co. v. Jayne

Error to the Court of Civil Appeals, Fourth District, in an appeal from Pecos County. Jayne sued the Irrigation Company for the recovery of land, and appealed from a judgment for defendant. This being reversed and judgment rendered fpr plaintiff, the Irrigation Company obtained writ of error.

I regret that I am not able to agree Avith my associates in the disposition of this case. I shall content myself Avith a brief statement of my views on the constitutional question Avhich my brother, Dibrell, has so ably discussed. His presentation of the provisions of the Constitution makes a strong argument in support of the conclusions reached by the majority of the court.
