OPINION AND ORDER DENYING DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS INDICTMENT

DUGGAN, District Judge.

On July 21, 1999, a federal grand jury returned a two-count indictment against Defendant Lorenzo Lee Green, charging Defendant with one count of felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) (Count One), and one count of felon in possession of ammunition also in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) (Count Two).
