This is an appeal of the defendant below from a judgment entered upon the verdict of a jury in favor of the plaintiffs in an action brought to recover for personal injuries sustained in an automobile collision.
The evidence at the trial tended to show the following matters of fact: The plaintiffs below were passengers in an automobile being driven along a public highway on a very dark night.
