This case arises from a dispute over a labor arbitration award issued pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement (CBA). The CBA was entered into on March 20, 1980, effective from September 1, 1979, to June 30, 1981, by and between the Board of Trustees of the University System of New Hampshire for Keene State College (the college), and the Keene State College Education Association (KSCEA). The prior proceedings in this case are more fully set forth in Board of Trustees v. Keene State College Education Association, 126 N.H. 339, 493 A.2d 1121 (1985).
