This appeal stems from competing claims for injunctive relief involving an irrigation canal right-of-way. The trial court rendered judgment in favor of Norris Clement, Barbara Richard, authorized agent for Norris Clement, and Gregory Paul Dore ("the Clements"), and against Brent J.
