—Judgment affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant contends that Supreme Court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence seized from his residence. We disagree. Defendant moved to suppress the contraband (cocaine and money) seized by the police on the ground that the police unlawfully entered his home without a warrant and in the absence of exigent circumstances.
