Introduction

Appellant Teresa Stragliati ("Stragliati") appeals from the motion court's judgment denying her Rule 24.0351 motion for post-conviction relief without an evidentiary hearing. Stragliati argues she was entitled to both an evidentiary hearing and post-conviction relief because she alleged facts, not refuted by the record, showing plea counsel was ineffective in failing to file a motion to suppress the drug evidence seized incident to her arrest.
