MOREMEN, Judge.
Appellant, William Thomason, was indicted for unlawfully carrying concealed a deadly weapon, and was also charged with being a habitual criminal. He was convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment.
On December 13, 1957, at about eight o’clock at night, in the town of Livingston in Rockcastle County, two police officers observed an automobile being driven in an erratic fashion and they began pursuit.
