This matter comes before the Court on Debtors’ Complaint alleging Equicredit Corporation of America (Equicredit) violated the Truth in Lending Act and the Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act by failing to make certain required disclosures in writing and charging the Debtors fees and points which exceeded the maximum allowed under the statute.
