from a judgment of the Supreme Court in favor of defendant, entered March 22, 1979 in Saratoga County, upon a decision of the court at a Trial Term, without a jury. This is an action pursuant to article 15 of the Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law to compel the determination of any claims adverse to those of plaintiff in a wooded, 14-acre parcel of land located in the Town of Stillwater, Saratoga County.
