1Per curiam
The defendant was found guilty in the county court on a charge of reckless driving in violation of section 39-669.01, R. R. S. 1943. On appeal to the District Court the judgment was affirmed. He then appealed to this court and asserts that the evidence is insufficient to *378sustain the conviction. We affirm.
Section 39-669.01, R. R. S. 1943, provides: “Any person who drives any motor vehicle in such a manner as to indicate an indifferent or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property shall be deemed to be guilty of reckless driving.”
