McDONALD. District Judge.

On the 30th of November. 1807, John II. Lee and Joseph *1177It. Hoyle filed in tills court -a libel, in a ■cause civil and maritime, against the steamboat J. It. Hoyle. Afterwards, under tliis proceeding, divers other persons — among whom were Wadkius and Raymond, and George Brose and John J. Brose — intervened, and filed libels against the same boat. George Brose and John J. Brose now appear, and move that the libel of Wadkins and Raymond be dismissed.
