This was an action of trespass commenced by writ declaring under three counts, the first alleging the detaining, with force and arms, by the defendant, of certain goods and chattels, consisting of greenhouse frames, plants, loam and compost, property of the plaintiff, from his possession, the second the conversion of the goods and chattels described in the first count and the third, the forcible taking and carrying away of the same property.
