The opinion filed in this cause upon the original hearing will be found at page 88, ante, and the case is there made to turn upon tax deeds for the taxes of *941892 and 1893. It was contended that these were void, for the reason that, at the times the respective petitions were filed to foreclose the lien of the State for the taxes for those years, the land was held by the State, having been bid in for the tax of 1891.
