This matter comes before the Court on defendanffappellant’s appeal from final judgment entered on May 19, 1997, in an adversary proceeding by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri. Appellant argues that the Bankruptcy Court was without jurisdiction to hear the adversary proceeding. Appellant also argues that the Bankruptcy Court used an improper measure in rewarding damages to defendant/appellee.
