Shepherd, District Judge.

Chris' Nelson was a naturalized citizen of the United States, who had accumulated about $12,000 worth of personal property and a half-section of land in Frontier county.

In May of 1908 he sailed for Denmark. On the. 18th day of December of the same year he was married to his wife, Alvilda, in that country; and by her he had a daughter, Hertha Oman, born on the 28th day of May, 1910. In 1913 he returned to Nebraska to attend to some legal business in connection with his land, after which he went back to Denmark, where he died; November 21, 1915. Afterward, by…
