HEADERS OR, Judge.
Appellant was convicted of violating the local option law, and his punishment assessed at a fine of $50, and confinement in the county jail for twenty days; hence this appeal.
Several bills of exceptions were reserved by the appellant to the action of the trial court, but it is only necessary to consider the second bill of exceptions.
