The record of this suit, which is an action on the case by the appellee for the debauch and getting with child of his daughter, presents for consideration these propositions: Whether the action was barred by limitation; whether the plaintiff had any right of action on account of the intercourse between the defendant and the daughter of the plaintiff; • and whether the verdict should not have been set aside for its allowance of excessive damages.
