On December 26, 2012, plaintiff Laura Gordon (“plaintiff’), individually and *314as personal representative of James Gordon, filed this action in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Nassau. The complaint alleges that Mr. Gordon developed lung cancer as a result of his exposure to asbestos-containing products manufactured and supplied by several entities, including the defendants.
