Error to a judgment of the Circuit Court of Amherst county, on appeal from the County Court of said county, in a motion to he released from an alleged erroneous assessment of taxes.

Mrs. Williams, a citizen and resident of Amherst county, died in that county on the 29th of October, 1900, and Stephen R. Plarding qualified as executor of her will in the County Court of Amherst on the 23rd of November of that year. Mrs. Williams, at the time of her death, owned a large personal property, consisting in the main of stocks and bonds, a part of which were in the vaults of a safe deposit company in the city of New York.
