Daniel Prickett sued Imelda Zaldivar to recover money damages for injuries that he allegedly sustained in an October 2009 vehicular collision.1 Prickett and Zaldivar each blames the other for the collision,2 and Zaldivar also points a finger at Overhead Door Company, which is not a party to the lawsuit.
