This case is brought by plaintiff auto dealership and its principals and guarantors against defendant credit corporation, plaintiff’s inventory financer, for breach of contract to make a capital loan (Count I), breach of fiduciary duty and covenant of good faith and fair dealing (Count II), violation of Mass.Gen.Laws ch. 93A, § 11 (Count III), violation of Connecticut General Statutes 42-133e-h (Count V), and violation of Connecticut General Statutes 42-133r-ee (Count VI).
