WOLFE, Justice.

Appeal from a judgment directing a verdict in favor of the defendants in an action for damages due to the alleged negligence of the respondent minor in driving her father’s car in such a manner as to injure the appellant minor. When the evidence of both sides had been presented, the court, upon motion of defendants, directed a verdict for them. A subsequent motion for a new trial was denied. The plaintiff appealed.
