ROWE, Justice.
Appellant, Plaza Equity Partners, filed suit in the district court against appellees, Dallas Central Appraisal District and Dallas County Appraisal Review Board, to obtain judicial review of an order denying Plaza Equity’s protest of the appraisal of certain property. On appellees’ motion, the trial court dismissed the cause without prejudice for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
