This was a suit for damages on account of the alleged breach of a contract for the sale of cotton yarn, which contract is set forth in the original opinion filed. It was there held that the contract, construed in the light of the universal customs and usages of the cotton trade, as pleaded, could be held to set forth requirements as to the tensile strength of the yarn contracted for, so that the petition, which alleged that the yarn furnished did not measure up to the tensile strength required by the contract, as construed in the light of the pleaded…
