This suit was by appel-lee to recover of appellants Elanna S. Dock-ery and husband, T. B. Dockery, $2,000 alleged to be due as a commission under the terms of a contract between appellants and appellee’s assignor, Theo Pinson, by the terms of which appellee and Theo Pinson undertook to secure a loan of $100,000 for appellants. In response to 'special issues the jury found: (1) The plaintiff and Theo W.
